Max Ludwig

Max Ludwig is the Senior Director of Prototype Development at Walmart, where they develop and optimize building prototypes for new store development. With a strong background in the retail industry, Max has held various leadership positions, including Director of Macro Space Allocation and Director of Category Space. They began their career as a Retail Salesperson and later advanced to roles such as Senior Space Manager and Senior Internal Auditor, leading divisions and training new auditors. Max holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business.
