Michael Ems has over a decade of experience working at Walmart, currently serving as a Grocery Associate where they ensure product availability and maintain food safety standards. They have held various positions, including Meat/Produce Team Lead and Cap 2 Associate, demonstrating their commitment to customer service and team collaboration. In addition to their work at Walmart, Michael served as a Munitions Systems Specialist in the U.S. Air Force Reserve from 2019 to 2025, where they developed skills in safety protocols and logistics. Michael is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in General Psychology with a focus on Performance Psychology at Grand Canyon University.
