Michael Rodriguez, MBA, has extensive work experience in various leadership and operations roles in the retail industry. Michael has worked for major companies such as Walmart, Amazon, Kroger, and Dollar General, as well as serving in the US Navy.

At Walmart, Michael held the positions of Vice President and Senior Director of Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, sourcing, and logistics for multiple buildings and distribution centers. Michael was also involved in managing staff members, implementing service plans, insurance programs, and contract reviews.

At Amazon, Michael served as Vice President and General Manager. Michael oversaw the development of automated fulfillment centers, coordinated retail launches, and supervised a large team of employees.

During their time at Kroger, Michael worked as a Vice President, implementing and managing logistics and fulfillment operations across multiple centers. Michael also led the company's flagship automated fulfillment center and established strategic partnerships for delivery services.
