Michele Sullivan

Michele Sullivan is currently the Senior Director of Optical Operations & Business Growth at Walmart, overseeing optical operations and strategy for over 1,200 stores across the North and East Business Units. They have an extensive background in healthcare, having held various roles at Walmart since 1999, including Vision Center Sales Associate, Optical Recruiter, and Health and Wellness Market Director. Michele also served as the Optical Director of Operations at Sam's Club from 2003 to 2005, where they managed operations for 15 Optical Centers. Their educational journey continues at the American Public University System.
