Michelle Grantham

Michelle Grantham has over 15 years of experience in human resources, holding managerial positions at prominent companies. Grantham began as an HR Manager at Standard Textile from April 1994 to August 2009 and subsequently served as HR Director at RGP from August 2009 to March 2011. Since July 2011, Grantham has been the HR Manager at Walmart, overseeing the HR operations for the Walmart Distribution Center #7019 in Brundidge, Alabama, which includes managing payroll, training, recruiting, staffing, benefits, and talent development for a team of 700 associates. Grantham earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2004.
