Mike Cook has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Assistant Treasurer at Wal-Mart since 1993. In addition to current responsibilities, Mike is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the PCI Security Standards Council since 2007. Prior roles at Wal-Mart include Vice President & Assistant Treasurer, while earlier experience includes Operations Manager at WSP, Inc. from 1990 to 1993 and Field Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from 1986 to 1989. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri, earned between 1982 and 1986.
