Monae Martinez

Monae Martinez is an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in purchasing and procurement. Currently serving as the Vice President of Purchasing and Procurement at Walmart since August 2002, Monae previously held the position of Director of Procurement at the same company. Prior to this, Monae worked at Verizon from August 1986 to November 2001 as the Assistant Director of Supply Chain. Educationally, Monae holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Clark Atlanta University, where studies were completed from August 1987 to December 1998, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Political Science and Government from the same institution, earned from August 1981 to May 1985.
