Nathan Pacelli

Nathan Pacelli, MBA, is a strategic design leader with 20 years of design experience and a strong focus on product design excellence across both enterprise and consumer platforms. Currently serving as the Director of UX Design at Walmart, Nathan leads a team dedicated to creating innovative solutions for fulfillment services. Previously, Nathan held roles including Director of Product Design at Rocket and an adjunct professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology, teaching various design courses. With expertise in human-centered design and design systems, Nathan has driven considerable revenue growth and user engagement throughout their career. Nathan holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology, alongside a certificate in User Experience Design from Cornell University.
