Nick Koenig is an I/O psychologist and data scientist with extensive experience in academia and various industries. They began their career as an intern and research assistant at Psychological Associates and the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, focusing on data analysis and literature reviews. Nick has held multiple leadership roles at Walmart, currently serving as the Director of Global Selection and Assessment Strategy, and previously worked as a principal data scientist at Modern Hire and Shaker International. They earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business & Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
