Niranjan Ghadei

Niranjan Ghadei is an AI & ML Engineering Leader with over a decade of experience in building and scaling AI systems, currently serving as a Staff Data Scientist at Walmart, where they disrupt the retail and e-commerce space with innovative GenAI initiatives. Previously, they held significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Data Scientist, where they developed machine learning models for finance and received an Innovation Award, as well as at Oracle as an AI Solutions Architect, where they implemented advanced ML solutions leveraging generative AI and NLP. Niranjan began their career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, and they earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, along with a Master's in Artificial Intelligence and a Post Graduation in Machine Learning and AI from reputed institutions.
