Phil Herr is a Vice President of Integrated Planning responsible for leading the Walmart Supply Chain "One Best Way" strategic program, which standardizes operational processes within the distribution network. Previously, Phil served as Sr. Director II of Supply Chain Central Operations, focusing on demand and capacity planning, and held various engineering roles within Walmart, contributing significantly to eCommerce fulfillment engineering and logistics. Phil began their career as a consultant at H.B. Maynard and Co., Inc., and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
