Phil Oliver has extensive experience in retail technology, having served as VP of Retail Technology at Target from January 2014 to February 2022, where management involved overseeing the technology teams responsible for POS, Payments, and Clientelling personalization with a team of 68 full-time employees. Since March 2022, Phil Oliver has worked as Senior Vice President of Technology at Walmart, focusing on defining retail technology in North America to enhance personalized consumer experiences, with key areas of emphasis on ERP, omnichannel retailing, merchandising, and inventory demand planning. Phil Oliver holds an Executive MBA in Information Technology from The Wharton School and a degree in Economics from The University of Sydney Business School.
