Philip Davison

Philip Davison is the Senior Trademark Counsel at Walmart Inc., where they currently apply their extensive expertise in trademark law. They previously held roles as a Trademark Counsel at YUM! Brands, Inc. and Exxon Mobil Corporation, and owned their own law practice from 2011 to 2014. Philip also served as Vice Chair of the IP Section Council for the Dallas Bar Association and was an Assistant General Counsel for Trademarks at Nike, Inc. Their educational background includes a BBA in Business from the SMU Cox School of Business and a law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston.
