Rachel Daugherty, PharmD, is the Health and Wellness Market Director at Walmart, where they lead teams to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business growth. They previously served as a Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens from 2015 to 2025, where they managed operations, trained staff, and enhanced patient experiences, significantly increasing pharmacy sales.
