Raphael Prager

Raphael (Rafi) Prager, Ph.D., currently serves as Vice President of Talent Management and Talent Assessment and Development at Walmart since March 2020, following a tenure at PepsiCo where positions included Director and Senior Manager from April 2017 to February 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Aon Hewitt as a Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant from February 2011 to March 2017, where Raphael focused on leadership assessment and development, project management, and business development initiatives. Earlier roles include Adjunct Lecturer at Baruch College and various research positions. Raphael holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master's Degree in the same field from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, along with a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.
