Regina Stringer

Regina Stringer is the Director of Benefits and Wellbeing at Walmart, where they lead the team responsible for executing Leave of Absence and Short/Long Term Disability plans. Previously, Regina held various roles at Walmart from 1997 to 2002, including Workers Compensation Bill Processing Coordinator and Director/Sr. Manager II of the Risk Innovation and Solutions Team. Since 2016, Regina has served as the Director of Integrated Absence Management. They are currently pursuing certifications as a Certified Leave Management Specialist and a Professional Human Resources Certification while holding a degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University.
