Rhian Jerrell

Rhian Jerrell is currently the Chief of Staff for Talent Acquisition in Global Talent & Learning at Walmart, where they serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, fostering operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. They previously held various roles at Walmart, including Director of Strategic Initiatives for Associate Learning & Leadership and Sr. Manager for Agile Coaching, where they drove significant initiatives in talent management, diversity, and organizational culture. Rhian began their career as an Instructor at the University of Arkansas, teaching core communication concepts to undergraduate students, and holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from the same institution.
