Ronald Pecho

Ronald Pecho is a Senior Manager in Continuous Improvement at Walmart and brings extensive experience in operations and supply chain management across multiple sectors including retail, manufacturing, automotive, education, and hospitality. They have held various roles, including Lean Manager at GE Aerospace and Processes & Quality Manager at Volvo Group, where they significantly improved process efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ronald has also contributed to academia as a lecturer in management at institutions such as Universidad Peruana de las Américas and ISIL Aprende Haciendo. They are currently pursuing several postgraduate specialization courses in investment projects, process management, warehouse management, and project management.
