Rong H.

Rong H. has a solid background in finance and academia. Experience includes working as a Peer Assistant Learning (PAL) in Management Accounting at the University of the West of England from September 2015 to June 2016, where support was provided to second-year students in optimizing their study strategies. Since October 2016, Rong H. has served as a Departmental Representative at Lancaster University Management School, ensuring students' academic concerns are effectively communicated to the Students’ Union. Currently, Rong H. holds the position of Finance Manager in Business Development Finance at Walmart, where responsibilities include overseeing financial systems, conducting cost variance analysis, and preparing financial reports and forecasts. Rong H. earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University in 2017 and a Bachelor’s degree with honors in the same field from the University of the West of England in 2016.
