Rushil Kapoor has extensive experience in inventory strategy, analytics, and data science, currently serving as Associate Director of Inventory Strategy & Analytics at Walmart, following a role as Sr Manager of eCommerce Inventory Solutions. Prior to Walmart, Rushil held various positions at The Home Depot, including Data Science Sr Manager for Inventory and Data Science Manager for Transportation. Beginning a career at Dematic Reddwerks Corp as a Principal Operations Research Engineer and Operations Research Analyst, Rushil possesses a strong educational background with a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Electronics and Instrumentation from BITS, Pilani - Dubai.
