Russ Baer possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and drug control initiatives, having served as Acting Executive Director of the Northwest High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Program and as a Special Agent for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for 17 years.
