Ryan Ausbrooks

Ryan Ausbrooks is currently the Commercial and Tort Litigation Indemnity Counsel at Walmart Inc., where they lead a team handling defense and indemnity related to various forms of litigation. Previously, Ryan served as Litigation & Regulatory Counsel at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., managing transportation litigation in the Northeastern United States. They also worked as an Associate Attorney at Kutak Rock, focusing on commercial litigation, and held various law clerk positions earlier in their career. Ryan earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a degree in Political Science from Arkansas Tech University.
