Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Director of External Reporting at Walmart since 2023. Previously, Ryan held various leadership roles at Walmart, including Director of Supply Chain Controllership and Director of Global Technical Accounting & Policy. Prior to joining Walmart, Ryan worked at EY in assurance for both the US and Norway from 2009 to 2016 and completed an internship in retail marketing at Tyson Foods in 2006-2008. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science from the University of Wyoming.
