Ryan Stackhouse is currently the Senior Merchandise Director for Beef at Walmart, a role they have held since 2022 after serving in various positions related to beef merchandising, including Merchandising Director and Buyer. Previously, Ryan worked as an R&D Assistant/Sensory Technician at DairiConcepts® and completed an internship in Quality Assurance at Farmland Foods. They earned a Master of Science in Meat Science from the University of Arkansas, where they also served as a Graduate Assistant, and hold a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Missouri State University.
