Ryan Yang

Ryan Yang has extensive experience in strategic management and finance, primarily within Walmart and its subsidiaries. From February 2019 to January 2022, Ryan held the position of Senior Manager II – Walmart Sourcing Strategy, following a role as Senior Manager – International Strategy. Prior to Walmart, Ryan served as Senior Manager – Operations Finance at Sam's Club from September 2017 to June 2018, focusing on finance and strategy support for club operations. An early career experience includes working as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Lazard, specializing in healthcare M&A advisory. Ryan began a new role as Senior Director, Central Operations – Walmart Sourcing in September 2024. Military experience includes serving as Plans Officer in the Republic of Korea Navy from March 2012 to May 2015. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
