Samuel Petty

Samuel Petty, MBA, PMP, is a senior leader in engineering, program management, and operations with expertise in supply chain management across global food and beverage and construction sectors. They have held positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in their current role as Senior Manager of Divisional Maintenance for Walmart, where they oversee maintenance and reliability operations in the West Region. Previously, Samuel managed engineering and maintenance for Campbell Soup Company, achieving significant operational improvements and mentoring future leaders. They have also contributed to KATERRA, General Mills, and Mars Petcare US, where they focused on continuous improvement and project management. Samuel is currently pursuing a BS in Engineering Management at the University of Missouri-Rolla while holding an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
