Seth Clark

Seth Clark, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Global Talent Management at Walmart, where they focus on driving organizational growth through talent development strategies. Previously, they held roles at Tyson Foods, including Sr. Talent Development Specialist and Organizational Effectiveness Coordinator, specializing in performance management and talent initiatives. Seth also contributed as the Assistant Director of Conferences and Marketing at Northeastern State University and served on the boards of the Tahlequah Main Street Association and Tahlequah Area Tourism Council. They earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Northeastern State University, alongside a Human Resources Essentials Certificate from Cornell University.
