Shane Self

Shane Self has over sixteen years of military service in the U.S. Marine Corps, with a focus on project management and leadership. They served in various roles, including Manager/Physical Security Supervisor and Senior Instructor, where they oversaw the training of over 1500 personnel and were recognized with multiple awards for outstanding performance. Currently, Shane works as a Senior Manager in Realty Project Management at Walmart, directing cross-functional store planning projects and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Shane holds a diploma in Organizational Leadership from the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer Career Course.
