Stephanie Ma is a strategic marketing professional and creative operations expert currently serving as Associate Director - Creative Resource & Retention at Walmart. With a robust background in graphic design and project management, Stephanie previously held key roles at Walmart, including Senior Manager of Creative Operations, where they optimized workflows and implemented technology solutions. They began their career at Flavor-Restaurant as a Graphic Designer and later contributed to environmental education at Alice Fong Yu Alternative School and The Watershed Project. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Ecology, Evolutionary, and Population Biology and Environmental Science from Purdue University, followed by a certificate in Graphic Design from the University of California, Berkeley.
