Sydney DeVor

Sydney DeVor is a Senior Manager for Total Rewards Core People at Walmart, where they design and scale intuitive HR experiences. They completed the Walmart Global People Early Career Accelerator Program, gaining comprehensive experience across Associate Relations, Labor Relations, and Global Total Rewards. Previously, Sydney interned in Human Resources at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and held leadership roles at Cornell University, where they served as a Peer Mentor and on the Orientation Steering Committee. They are currently in their third year of studying Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
