Taylor Young

Taylor Young, MS, RDN, is the Merchandising Director at Walmart, specializing in category strategy and private brand product development. Previously, Taylor served as a Research Assistant at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where they coordinated research projects and presented findings at international conferences. Taylor also held leadership roles at Sodexo as a Food Service Manager and Quality Control Manager, contributing to community-focused initiatives and ensuring food safety. With expertise in nutrition and merchandising, Taylor has successfully developed innovative products and strategies that enhance customer satisfaction. Taylor holds a Master's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Kansas Medical Center and completed Culinary Arts training at APICIUS International School for Hospitality.
