Tim Ayo, CFI, is a strategic and analytical loss prevention and security professional with extensive experience across various sectors including retail, supply chain, and eCommerce. Tim previously held leadership roles at Amazon, where responsibilities included overseeing loss prevention and security for logistics and delivery stations throughout North America. Before that, Tim served at T-Mobile, managing loss prevention for hundreds of retail locations and driving strategies for shrink reduction and crisis management. Tim’s career also includes positions at Peloton Interactive, Garden Ridge, and Michaels Stores Inc., highlighting a consistent focus on enhancing operational efficiency and team development. Currently, Tim is a Senior Manager in eCommerce Operations at Walmart.
