Tim Roat

Tim Roat, MBA, is a results-driven global financial executive currently serving as the Senior Director of Merchandise Operations at Walmart. With a strong background in finance, data analytics, and strategic planning, Tim has successfully led financial management for multibillion-dollar businesses and large-scale global technology projects. Tim previously held roles including Director of Merchandise Finance, where they managed operations for the Electronics department, and Senior Director of Risk, Governance, and Process Improvement, overseeing governance and operational risk management. Tim’s career began in retail operations, progressing through various positions at Walmart and Kmart before moving into finance and analytics. Tim holds a BSBA in Accounting from the University of West Florida and an MBA from Webster University.
