Todd Newton

Todd Newton is the Vice President and Chief Counsel for Walmart U.S., overseeing Operations, Realty, Contracts, and Walmart Business. With extensive international legal experience, Todd previously served as a Lead Counsel at Walmart, where significant contributions included supervising complex investigations and devising remediation plans. Prior to Walmart, Todd was an Assistant United States Attorney, managing criminal cases and leading numerous high-profile prosecutions. Holding a J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a B.A. from Baylor University, Todd is recognized for fostering talent and enhancing team performance through effective communication and leadership.
