Currently serving as Senior Director and General Merchandising Manager for Softline at Walmart, Tracy is responsible for merchandising across more than 400 stores, focusing on sustainable profitability and growth by developing long-term strategies. Previously, Tracy held key positions at AEON Retail and Shen Zhen ZiWei Design Co., Ltd., where they demonstrated expertise in private brand development, assortment planning, and team leadership. Tracy holds an MFA in Fashion Design from the Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology.
