Trinh Lam

Trinh Lam is currently the Vice President of People, Merchandising at Walmart, where they have been leading human resources since 2023. Previously, Trinh served as a Senior Director of HR at Walmart US Merchandising, overseeing HR for various departments, including Apparel and Electronics. Trinh's extensive HR background includes roles at Procter & Gamble, where they held multiple leadership positions, such as HR Manager for Fabric Care and National HR Leader for Regional Organizations. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Saint Mary's University and are pursuing an MBA in International Business from the University of Manitoba.
