Tyler Buff

Tyler Buff is currently the Head of Workforce Intelligence at Walmart, where they leverage their expertise to enhance labor management practices. Previously, Tyler held various positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. including Senior Labor Management Engineer and Labor Management Consultant, where they focused on optimizing labor standards and operational efficiency. Tyler also has experience at Caterpillar Inc. as a Senior Design Project, and served as a Resident Advisor during their time at North Carolina State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Tyler's leadership skills have been further demonstrated in roles at Belk, where they led teams in workforce management and technology integration.
