Vicky Chen

Vicky Chen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in corporate culture and employee engagement, currently serving as the Senior HR Director at Walmart since September 2004. Vicky’s career at Walmart includes previous roles as HR Director and Senior Associate Relations Manager. Prior to joining Walmart, Vicky worked at Yantian International Container Terminals from July 1994 to August 2004, where duties included training and development as well as associate relations, having begun as a Management Trainee after training at Hongkong International Terminals. Vicky Chen holds a degree from Shangtou University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
