Violet Toston

Violet Toston is a seasoned HR leader and currently serves as a Senior HR Generalist at DaySpring, a Hallmark subsidiary, where they focus on people-first management and cultural excellence. Previously, Violet held several impactful roles at Walmart, including Senior Recruiting Manager for eCommerce and Senior Human Resource Manager, overseeing HR initiatives for over 600 employees. Their career began at Staffmark, where they managed comprehensive HR services for a staffing agency with more than 300 employees. Violet is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at John Brown University.
