Michael Moran

Michael Moran has a diverse range of work experience. Michael began their career as a Principal and Partner at Linsalata Capital Partners, where they were responsible for overseeing private equity funds and completing numerous acquisitions. Michael later transitioned to the role of Interim CEO and Board of Directors at EP Technologies LLC.

In 2016, Michael served on the Board of Directors for Meeteor Software and UNKNWN. Michael also joined Walnut Ridge as the CEO and Managing Partner, overseeing the family office's investment and philanthropic activities.

Later, Michael joined GOJO Industries as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Finance Committee. Michael also became a member of the Board of Directors at P-Cure Ltd. until 2020.

In 2022, Michael joined the Cowles Company as Chair of the Audit Committee, and in 2023 they joined the Board of Directors at Lake City Plating. Additionally, they serve as a member of the Board of Advisors for Evolution Capital Partners.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in finance, investment, and leadership roles across various industries and organizations.

Michael Moran earned their High School Diploma from Saint Ignatius High School in 1992. Michael then attended Miami University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Later, from 2002 to 2004, Michael pursued their MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
