Ayan De has a diverse work experience in the building material industry and sales and marketing. Ayan has held various roles in different companies, including Chief Manager-Technical Services at Walplast Products Pvt. Ltd., Deputy General Manager (Sales & Marketing) at TP BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, and Regional Sales Manager and State Head CS Cement (Marketing) at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. Ayan also has experience in plant management and customer relationship management from their roles as Plant Head (Ready Mixed Concrete) at UltraTech Cement Limited and Territory Sales Executive at UltraTech Cement Limited (RMC). Additionally, they have worked as Sales & Marketing Incharge (Western Mumbai) at ACC Limited and Engineer Projects at The Structural Waterproofing Co Pvt. Ltd., where they gained experience in waterproofing and structural rehabilitation projects.

Ayan De began their education in 1993 at Hare School, where they completed their 12th grade in the field of science in 1995. In 1999, they enrolled at West Bengal Board of Technical Education and obtained a degree in Civil Engineering (DCE) in 2002. Ayan then pursued a Certificate in Autocad with AutoLisp from Jadavpur University from 2001 to 2002. Continuing their education, Ayan attended Welingkar Institute of Management from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, with a focus on Business Administration. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Welingkar Institute of Management.
