Walpole Menzies will be a different legal firm.
We provide trusted advice for commercial legal issues.

WHY US
“Expertise at an independently verified cost”
People study law to make a difference in society, to give valuable advice and help people in need.
In the 21st century lawyers struggle to achieve this. They are bound by time sheets filled to pay unnecessary overheads such as catering staff, artwork, views of the ocean and expensive fit outs or the need to give professional staff something to do.
Our firm will change that.

Walpole Menzies is and will be a different legal firm.
Its difference arises because we believe that:
-most legal problems are best solved with a small number of experienced lawyers who quickly and incisively distil your concern to the critical issue.
-to ensure that the lawyers are only interested in giving the most effective advice, the firm should only ever have the overheads necessary for the provision of legal services.

OUR SERVICES
Walpole Menzies provides trusted advice for commercial legal issues.
The trust arises from the:
-experience of the lawyers who can incisively distil the complexity of your issues down to a single critical issue … or, at most, two critical issues;
-low ongoing overheads of the firm; and
-fees prescribed by law being verified by an independent trained legal costs lawyer.

PREDOMINANTLY THIS TRUSTED ADVICE WILL BE:
-COMMERCIAL
-RELATED TO CONTENTIOUS MATTERS
-STRATEGY WHEN LEGAL ISSUES ARE INVOLVED
