Adrian Damian

Adrian Damian has extensive work experience in the research and technology industry. Adrian currently holds the position of Senior Product Director at Walr, where they began in June 2022. Prior to this, Adrian worked as the Head of Technical Operations at Walr from February 2022 to June 2022, and as the CIO from May 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Walr, Adrian worked at Savanta from February 2019 to May 2021 as a Director. In this role, they were responsible for finding new research methods utilizing new technologies and integrating AI into research. Adrian also built a team from scratch and improved existing technical abilities in research.

Adrian's previous experience includes working as an Associate Director at VIGA (now Savanta) from May 2018 to January 2019, a Data Systems Lead at Streetbees from September 2017 to February 2018, and a Data Analyst at Incite from October 2012 to September 2017.

Prior to these roles, Adrian held the position of Data Analyst Manager at Conquest Research Ltd from June 2010 to September 2012. In this role, they managed online market research projects, provided technical solutions to the Research Execs Team, scripted online surveys, and set work procedures and standards. Adrian also increased work productivity by creating procedures and scripting libraries, and administered the company's websites.

Adrian's work experience also includes being a Survey Programming Team Leader at Research Now from March 2008 to May 2010. In this role, they managed a team and dealt with outsourcing projects, set work standards and processes, provided technical support to clients, and implemented new technologies.

Before joining Research Now, Adrian worked as a Competence Manager at Ipsos Interactive Services from November 2004 to February 2008. In this role, they managed two programming teams, set goals and operational procedures, resolved team conflicts, developed new products and solutions, and provided technical support.

Adrian Damian began their education at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. Adrian successfully completed their studies in 2005. In 2012, Adrian attended The Knowledge Academy to obtain a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, specializing in PRINCE2 methodology.
