Anna Pacheco

Anna Pacheco serves as the Seattle Regional HR Manager and Ethics & Compliance Officer at The Walsh Group since May 2015, overseeing the implementation of corporate policies, daily operations, and managing onboarding processes for new employees. Prior to this role, Anna worked as an Administrative Assistant at Pacific Lutheran University and served as a Transfer Admission Counselor, where responsibilities included recruiting transfer students and facilitating financial aid discussions. Earlier experience as an Admission Counselor at the Oregon Institute of Technology involved guiding freshmen and transfer students through the admission process. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Communication from Oregon Institute of Technology and an HR Generalist Certificate from Green River College.
