Hal Hardister

Hal Hardister is an accomplished project executive with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving at The Walsh Group since October 2024, Hardister previously held the position of project director at Manhattan Construction Company from 2019 to 2024, and at Sundt Construction, Inc. from 2015 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and leading business development strategies. Hardister also contributed to preconstruction efforts and project pursuits at Manhattan Construction Company from 2010 to 2015. Earlier career roles include partner at Twinrose Development Company, director of development at Mercantile Partners, director of preconstruction at Sundt Construction, and vice president at Trammell Crow Company. Hardister holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University, earned in 1990.
