Kenneth Hutter

Kenneth Hutter, PLS, serves as a Senior Surveyor Manager at The Walsh Group, overseeing significant Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) projects, including the SR 836/I-395 Signature Bridge and various I-95 Express Lane initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Survey Manager at PCL Construction and PCL/Archer Western, contributing to complex infrastructure projects such as the I4 Selmon Connector. Kenneth also held a Survey Manager position at Kiewit, managing multiple FDOT projects, and worked as a Project Surveyor at Land Precision Corporation. Prior to that, Kenneth served as Director of Operations at DPK Consulting and has a lengthy history as a Field Surveyor.
