Mark Asami

Mark Asami, P.E., PMP is a seasoned professional in construction quality control and engineering management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Construction Quality Control Manager for The Walsh Group, Mark has also held significant positions such as Construction Quality Control Manager at Construction Inc. and RQ Construction, LLC, and Engineering Manager at Pernix- BE&K KBR Building Group, where oversight of classified USACE projects was paramount. Mark's previous role as Senior Technical Advisor at Kellogg Brown and Root involved managing large-scale design-build projects for the USACE in the Middle East, focusing on substantial infrastructure developments. Earlier in Mark’s career, a role as Senior Transportation Engineer Supervisor with the Texas Department of Transportation involved supervising multi-firm teams and overseeing a $49 million vertical building construction project. Mark holds a Masters of Engineering in Construction Management from the University at Buffalo.
