Michael Lack, DBIA, is an experienced construction professional with a focus on design-build pursuits. Since April 2012, Michael has served as the Manager of Alternative Pursuits at Walsh Construction, overseeing design coordination, scheduling, and proposal management during the pursuit phase of design-build and P3 projects. Prior to this role, Michael was a Project Controls Manager at Granite Construction from July 2001 to April 2012, contributing to various significant projects including SR 520 in Seattle and I-64 in St. Louis. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Engineer from April 1998 to July 2001 at Morrison Knudsen/Washington Group/URS, where responsibilities encompassed project engineering, scheduling, estimating, and contract administration for heavy civil construction projects. Michael holds a degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology, obtained between 1990 and 1996.
