Patrick Paul

Patrick Paul, P.E. is a seasoned Project Manager at The Walsh Group, with a focus on major infrastructure projects since May 2011. Notable responsibilities include managing the United States Coast Guard Base Boston, FRC Homeporting from 2021 to 2023, and serving as Deputy Project Manager for a $152 million rehabilitation project of the Route 8 and I-84 Mixmaster Interchange in Waterbury, Connecticut for ConnDOT. Additional experience includes managing aspects of the BART Earthquake Safety Program and performing duties as a Project Engineer and Construction Inspector for the State of New Hampshire DOT.
