Prior to this role, Wayne worked at Kolb Electric from January 2002 to February 2017, holding various positions including Electrician, Estimator, Lead Technician, and Project Manager in the Baltimore region. Wayne is a graduate of Westminster High School and has furthered education at Carroll Community College.
